The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore treat your personal data with great care and in accordance with the relevant legal provisions of data protection law and postal legislation.
In this privacy policy we inform you about our data processing methods. We explain which data is processed by us when you access this website and other digital presentations.
1.1.1 1 Who is the owner of the data collection?
The association 1goal-education4all is the provider of the digital appearances and, as the owner of the data collections concerned, decides on their purpose and content.
The owner of the respective data collection is the association 1goal-aducation4all, Eichholzstrasse 16, 8706 Meilen
1.1.2 2 Which data do we collect?
In principle, you can use our publicly accessible, digital presence without having to disclose any personal data. However, as an exception to this rule, certain data (e.g. IP addresses and other usage information) are automatically collected, evaluated and processed by our web analysis software in accordance with common practice. By using our digital presence, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of such data in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy.
1.1.2.1 2.1 Automatic protocols
Our web servers automatically log each call in a temporary log file. User-specific data (such as identification data of the browser used, the operating system of the computer used, the amount of data transferred, the name of the Internet service provider, the date and time of access) and technical data (such as the name and URL of the referring website, when the website was accessed via a link and, in addition, the search term if the website was accessed via a search engine) are logged and evaluated anonymously. This data is primarily required to enable the use of our content (connection establishment) as well as for internal, system-related purposes - such as technical administration and system security - and to optimize your surfing experience. So-called cookies may also be used for this purpose (see section 4 below). IP addresses are automatically checked for automatic security checks, e.g. to combat fraud, and deleted immediately. In addition, IP addresses are used for analysis purposes. Namely Google Analytics anonymizes the IP received immediately and only processes the anonymized IP addresses for analysis (see item 6 below).
We do not use your data for other purposes unless you have given your express additional consent to further data processing in the course of using certain services or if we are legally obliged to do so.
1.1.2.2 Further data processing
In order to use some of our online services, you must first register with personal data. The processing of data when using the services is carried out in accordance with the contractual agreement and the associated conditions of participation (TNB) or general terms and conditions (AGB).
In addition, we process personal data when you send it to us, for example when you fill out an online form or send us a message via our contact forms or make a donation. In these cases we ask you to provide only the personal data that we need to provide the services offered. The information provided to us is recorded in our IT systems and may be used for internal marketing purposes in accordance with the statements in the associated conditions of participation (TNB) or general terms and conditions (AGB).

1.1.3 3 How do we use your data?
The collection of data helps us to develop and improve our digital appearances and to optimize our service offers. We use the data collected by automatic logging for the following purposes:
- To enable you to use our digital presence (establishing a connection).
- For internal administration of the website, such as technical administration and maintenance of system security.
- To optimize user-friendliness, we collect statistics of user behavior on our digital appearances. The data is evaluated (see also chapter 4.4).
- For the provision of the login as well as the online services and their contractual handling.
- In order to design our website in a target-group-specific manner (through targeted content or information on the website that may be of interest to you).
- To prevent fraud and increase the security of the website.
We also use so-called re-targeting or re-marketing methods on our websites. These are instruments in online marketing. If you visit other third-party websites, you will be shown product recommendations with targeted advertising. In order to achieve an optimized result for you, data is also transmitted to third parties, which may also be domiciled abroad.
If services of the 1goal-education4all association are used, your data will also be processed in accordance with the more contractual agreement and the conditions of participation or general terms and conditions.
